Twisted Road Publications LLC Billing Policy
We accept Visa and MasterCard, Discover. Your card will be billed at the time of the transaction. Our site is secure and actively participates in mandated PCI compliance.
Twisted Road Publications LLC Shipping and Returns Policy
Shipping policy: All items that are in stock will ship via US Postal Service Media Mail (generally a 3 to 5 day delivery) within three days of receipt of order. Items that are ordered pre-publication will ship within three days of the item release date. Items that are temporarily out of stock will be placed on backorder. Please see backorder policy below.
Return policy: Items purchased on this site are not returnable for refund. However, any product not delivered, or any damaged product, will be promptly replaced. Simply notify us through our contact us feature within 21 days from the date of your order and we will re-ship you item(s).
If you are missing one or more items that are listed on your confirmation, please first check to see if we had earlier advised you that the items are backordered, and if so please refer to our policies for managing backorders (see below). If they are not backordered and still missing, please immediately e-mail us through our contact us feature.
If you experience other errors, including wrong item/s, wrong quantity, or delivery to the wrong address by the delivery company, it may be returned for a full refund including the initial and return shipping and handling charges. (Incorrect deliveries do not include instances where you have provided us an incorrect address.) To be eligible for the full refund, we must receive the returned item/s within 21 days after delivery and they must be unused and in the original packaging. Please immediately e-mail us through our contact us feature to make the arrangements for the return shipping. Item/s returned after our 21-day time period that are unused and in the original packaging will receive a full credit (including the shipping and handling charges) that can be used toward future purchases. Any opened item/s or obviously used item/s will be returned back to you with no credit or refund.
Orders can only be shipped to a singular address.
Tax is only assessed if shipping within Florida.
Twisted Road Publications LLC Backorder Policy
If you purchase an item that is backordered, Twisted Road Publications LLC will notify you via e-mail of its backorder status within 3 business days. Unless you decide otherwise, our policy is to hold the order as “open” for 3 weeks after the purchase date. If your purchase still has not been shipped at the end of the 3 week period, we automatically cancel the item and refund your card. If there are 2 or more items in your order and at least one is backordered, we will hold your entire order (to save you multiple shipping costs) for that 3 week period. If the backordered item is still unavailable at the end of 3 week waiting period, we will ship the available items and refund the amount for the backordered item.
